In 2017, as the industry was shifting towards global streaming models, Sergio and CTMOBS envisioned a multi-window approach to producing Nicky Jam: El Ganador. Instead of relying solely on a single streaming giant, they secured funding from multiple partners: a linear broadcaster in the U.S. (Telemundo), a linear broadcaster in Colombia (Caracol Televisión), and a global streaming partner (Netflix).

This innovative financing model allowed CTMOBS to raise 100% of the production budget while retaining full ownership of the intellectual property.

By aligning all creative and business elements—from working with Nicky Jam and his management team to negotiating music rights and partnering with EndemolShine Boomdog—Sergio turned El Ganador into a cultural milestone and a blueprint for multi-partner international production.
